After working for two major Hawaii real estate firms for 27 years, Miles Kamimura founded Pacific Property Group Inc. in April 2007 with a vision of building a commercial real estate company that provides a high level of personalized service to a niche of clients who value this approach.  

The company provides property management as its core competency and offers leasing, sales, and consulting services in the area of commercial real estate, which includes office, retail, and industrial properties. Miles is also responsible for the overall delivery of service to the clients and oversees all company activity. 

Prior to forming Pacific Property Group Inc., Miles was President of Colliers Monroe Friedlander Management, Inc. where he was responsible for the overall operation of the company which employed approximately 100 employees and a managed properties portfolio of over 5 million square feet.  

His experience includes working with a wide range of clients from large investment firms to local investors such as LaSalle Investment Management, Morgan Stanley, A&B Properties, Central Pacific Bank, Hawaii Medical Service Association, Plumbers Union Local 675, CUSO of Hawaii, and many more. Property types include office towers, shopping centers, industrial buildings, walk-up office buildings, strip retail, and single user properties. 

Miles has also been active in the local professional and community organizations, having served as President of BOMA Hawaii (Building Owners and Managers Association), and as a Board member of the Hawaii Community Development Authority.

Lorraine Matsuzaki

Property Management

Lorraine Matsuzaki serves as Vice President / Controller at Pacific Property Group, where she is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting for the managed properties. With over 30 years in the accounting field, as an auditor, financial analyst, and controller, she has a wealth of experience to assist our owners with accounting and report questions, audits, and financial analysis.  She worked at a not-for profit independent school for 25 years and has overseen accounting for major fixed assets and repairs projects, including contruction of a building and photovoltaic system.  She was also responsible for managing the financial audit and preparing the financial statements and tax returns, receivable collections, payroll,and assisting the chief financial officer with budget, cashflow, and other reporting needs for the board of directors.

Brian Choi serves as Vice President of Property Management at Pacific Property Group, where he leads the firm’s commercial property management division with a focus on delivering responsive, hands-on service to owners and tenants alike. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the company’s managed portfolio, which includes office, retail, and industrial assets throughout Hawai‘i.

With experience in lease administration, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and vendor management, Brian brings a results-oriented approach to every property under his care. He works closely with ownership groups to develop tailored management strategies that preserve asset value and improve performance.

Keane Omaye-Backman

Keane Omaye-Backman serves as Vice President of Brokerage Services at Pacific Property Group, where he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s brokerage services and works closely alongside his team to deliver institutional-level service rooted in deep local market knowledge. His approach blends strategic insight with on-the-ground expertise to drive effective, results-oriented outcomes for clients. 

Prior to joining Pacific Property Group, Keane was a broker at CBRE, Inc., representing both national and local clients across a wide range of asset types, including industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use properties. Earlier in his career, he served as a project coordinator and analyst for a Honolulu-based development group specializing in residential and infill urban projects. 

A Honolulu native, Keane currently serves as Chair of the Board for Seagull Schools, a nonprofit organization providing early childhood education across Hawai‘i. 

Outside of work, Keane enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young children.

Peter Grossman

Peter Grossman brings a global perspective and a sharp, strategic approach to his role at Pacific Property Group. With a strong track record in property dispositions, acquisitions, lease negotiations, investment analysis, and asset repositioning, Peter has played a key role in over 700 significant sale and lease transactions, totaling nearly 10 million square feet and more than $1 billion in value. 

Previously a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics group, Peter is known for his ability to align real estate strategies with client goals—whether advising owners, buyers, or tenants. 

His earlier career includes 15 years in Asia across Hong Kong and Taiwan, where he led sales, marketing, and general management initiatives for multinational organizations. He holds an MBA and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, which enhances his ability to navigate complex transactions across cultural and geographic boundaries. 

At Pacific Property Group, Peter brings a thoughtful, analytical mindset and a collaborative spirit, helping to drive results on high-impact projects across the portfolio.

Wyatt Santilena

Wyatt Santilena holds the Associate title at Pacific Property Group, specializing in office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties for sales and leasing. With over a year of experience in commercial real estate, Wyatt has gained significant expertise in both landlord and tenant representation. Throughout his first year, he has successfully assisted numerous businesses with their leasing and sales transactions, leveraging his market knowledge to deliver results for his clients. 

Prior to his role at Pacific Property Group, Wyatt worked in sales and leasing within the student living sector, where he contributed to generating $500K in annual lease revenue. His foundation in real estate was built at an early age, growing up surrounded by commercial job sites through his father’s construction company, which specializes in commercial builds. Wyatt’s experience extends to residential leases and property management, where he worked closely with his mother before transitioning to the commercial real estate sector. 

Wyatt brings a unique blend of hands-on experience, strong local market insights, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
